Privacy policy
This page explains what Daily Hue collects, why, how long it is kept, and how you can delete it.
What we collect
We collect only the minimum needed to run the game:
- Your country code, derived server-side from your network connection (never your exact location or IP address).
- Page visit counts for the live views widget (which game was played and roughly when).
- Only if you choose to sign in with an account provider: your name and email address.
- On your own device only: whether the age gate result is "ok" or "blocked". This never leaves your device.
We do not collect your browsing history, device fingerprint, screen size, or any other identifying data.
Why we collect it
Country code and visit counts power the live views widget so you can see how many people are playing right now and where in the world they are. Your name and email, when you sign in, let the game greet you by name and keep your progress across visits.
How long we keep it
- Visit dedupe markers expire after 30 minutes.
- The recent-visits list is capped at 24 entries.
- If you accept the optional visitor cookie, it lasts one year - we never set it before you consent.
- Account rows stay until you delete them. Signing in again creates a fresh account.
- Any activity or analytics logs are kept no longer than 90 days.
Your choices
You are in control:
- Before you accept, no tracking happens at all - no counting, no cookie.
- If you decline, the live views widget hides completely.
- You can clear your choice by clearing this site's browser storage.
- To delete your account, open the sign-in menu and choose "Delete my data". Deletion is immediate and permanent.
Children's privacy (COPPA)
Daily Hue is directed at players aged 13 and older and does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, in line with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).
- Before you can sign in, a simple age gate asks whether you are 13 or older. The gate stores only your choice ("ok" or "blocked") on your device - never a birthdate or birth year.
- If you are under 13, sign-in is blocked and no account information is collected. You can still play as a guest.
- If we learn that a child under 13 has signed in, we delete that account promptly.
- Parents or guardians can ask us to remove any data a child may have provided - see the Contact section below.
California rights (CCPA/CPRA)
If you live in California, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA) give you specific rights over your personal information:
- Right to know. You can ask what personal information we collect, use, or share about you.
- Delete. You can ask us to delete the personal information we hold about you.
- Correct. You can ask us to correct inaccurate personal information.
- Do Not Sell or Share. We do not sell or share personal information for money or cross-context behavioral advertising, and we never have. We honor your choice not to have your visits counted - just decline the consent banner and tracking stops.
- Non-discrimination. We never treat you differently for exercising these rights.
To make a request, email us at Zenfulgames123@gmail.com. We verify requests and respond within 45 days. To limit tracking right now, clear this site's browser storage or decline the consent banner.
